Kaduna State Police Command raided another rehabilitation center in Kaduna.
Commander Yakubu Szabo acknowledged the attack in a press release issued in Kaduna on Saturday. He said that at about 8 a.m. the police attacked the NIGAS technology collection and rehabilitation center in the Riga non-governmental region were 147 imares were found.
According to him, Governor Nasir El-Rufay led the operation in the center, where the prisoners were kept.
Sabo explained that several prisoners, have made several charges, including sexual abuse, especially against female prisoners, by some detainees.
“Following this discovery, the governor directed that all the inmates were evacuated to Hajj Camp located at Mando Kaduna for proper profiling and safe custody.
